WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY: All returns must be approved in advance and no package will be accepted without a RMA number on the outside of the box. E-mail us with a complete description of the reason you want to return the merchandise and you will be advised of the appropriate exchange procedure. Defective items may only be exchanged for like items. Due to the limited availability of most items, ShoppingAtNet, Inc's maximum liability will be limited to the refund of the purchase price, tax and shipping, in the event the item can not be replaced with a like item.

If you would like to return an item for a refund, first it must be in brand new condition, packed as it originally came with all of the retail packing materials including driver disks, manual, accessories, etc. Keep in mind that we have to be able to resell the item as new, otherwise it is worthless to us.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to us within 15 days from the invoice date, at our discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.

Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. Any item that is missing the UPC can ONLY be replaced with the same item. After 30 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply.

All NON-DEFECTIVE returns must be submitted within 30 days from date of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

DEFECTIVE merchandise can be returned for REPAIR ONLY to: ShoppingAtNet, Inc. the manufacturer direct or any authorized service center in your area. Additional manufacturers may be added to this list as: manufacturer policy change, manufacturer goes out of business or in the case of specially ordered items.

Only defective software and DVD movies may be returned for a same-item exchange only. The return must take place within 15 days of invoice date. UNOPENED software may be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of invoice date.

Laser printers, inkjet printers, fax machines, electronic products and special order items may only be returned for replacement and not for any refund.

Unless otherwise noted, warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped to the United States.

PAYMENT: The easiest way to pay for an order is with your VISA, Master Card or American Express credit card on line. You have the assurance of the Yahoo Store order system's tight security measures behind every purchase. Please note that we can not accept any credit cards issued outside the US and Canada. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with us. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

You may also pay by check or money order. If paying by check or money order, you must place the order online, print out a copy of the sales order and sent in the check with the copy of the sales order. Please allow adequate time for personal checks to clear the bank. Sorry, no CODs can be accepted.

For our some customers, a wire transfer may be the most convenient method of payment. There is an extra $10 fee for the processing of wire transfers. Contact the sales department at sales@ShoppingAtNet.com for details on the wire transfer requirements.

For those institutional and corporate customers that prefer to purchase using a PO on an open account, we can typically set up your account in under 48 hours. Contact the credit department at credit@ShoppingAtNet.com with your request including your fax number, and a credit application will be forwarded to you right away.

SALES TAX: California residents will be charged the appropriate state sales tax which will be calculated when you enter your order and displayed on your order form. If you are buying for resale and have a valid resale permit issued by the State of California, please contact us to fill out a Resale Certificate.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: We will ship most of your order within 24-48 hours unless product is on back order, limited availability or special order status. Shipping time will depend on the method selected. To find out when your order will arrive, you need to consider the availability and the shipping time.

Products can be shipped using standard UPS Ground Shipping, 3 day Select or 2nd Day Air. For orders over 150 pounds, we will ship at our option via common carrier truck.

We will only ship US Priority Mail to US Military address such as AP, AE, AA & FP..

Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% in addition to applicable shipping, handling and insurance fees. Please take transit time into consideration when configuring time of arrival.

Select a shipping option from the order page and the appropriate cost will be displayed on your order form. You can use the back button on your browser to try different shipping methods and view the applicable cost. Please note that we will need a physical street address for all deliveries. UPS and FedEx can not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Due to the cumbersome paperwork and poor package tracking ability, we will no longer ship Priority Mail in the continental US. 3 Day service from both UPS and FedEx is very similar in price to Priority Mail and offers the same delivery commitment, without all of the inconvenience of Priority Mail. We will still offer Priority Mail to our customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and to APO/FPO addresses as UPS and FedEx do not offer a competitive alternative to those destinations.

BACKORDER POLICY: If you order an out-of-stock software title from us, we will email you when we expect that product to be available. You will then be among the first to receive the item when we receive it. Preordered items will be shipped on the release date.

CANCELLING AN ORDER: An order may be cancelled only if that item is out of stock. Order placed on ShoppingAtNet.com are usually processed and shipped immediately. We reserve the right to cancel a sale or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpected out of stock, does not conform to specification or was shipped in error.

Shipping: For most countries, we offer shipping via Global Express Mail ,Worldwide Express by FedEx and Vessels.

Payment for international orders can be made by Wire Transfer only in US dollars and payable at a US bank.

Warranties for international purchases may be limited by the manufacturers, you are entirely responsible for the shipping costs, both for returning items to us for inspection and the return shipment of the repaired/replaced item.

Duties, taxes and brokerage fees charged by the carrier or your home country are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. We have no way to even estimate those costs, so please contact your local customs authorities or the local office of the shipping carrier (FedEx or your postal service) for more information.
